My abstract work is inspired by the elements of nature and the spirit of animals. Through color, movement, and texture, each piece explores the invisible connection between the natural world and our inner landscape.
These paintings are not meant to be explained, but felt. They invite reflection, emotion, and a deeper connection to the energy of nature.
Step into a space where art becomes a dialogue between earth, instinct, and soul.
My name is Stephanie Hoettges, and my path to art was not a straight line.
As a child, my heart was divided between creativity and security. Art called to me, but I chose the safer path—economy—believing stability would quiet that voice. I enjoyed my work, yet something essential was missing: a space where I could fully express who I am.
That quiet longing eventually led me back to creativity. I began with photography, capturing fleeting moments of light and nature. Over time, those moments demanded more freedom, more depth—and painting became my language.
Today, my art is a reflection of that journey. Each piece is created to inspire others to listen to their inner voice, to slow down, and to reconnect with the present moment. Nature is my guide. Its movement, stillness, and sacred rhythms flow through my work, inviting a sense of grounding and awareness.
My paintings are more than visual objects—they are experiences. They are meant to live with you, to remind you daily of your connection to nature, intuition, and self.
When you bring one of my works into your space, you carry a piece of that intention with you.
“I visited an art exhibition without planning to buy anything, but Stephanie’s work stopped me. I felt an immediate connection and ended up purchasing a piece on the spot. It now hangs in my new apartment and completely transformed the space. Her art doesn’t just fill a wall—it creates a feeling.”
“I was drawn to Stephanie’s lion piece instantly. There was a powerful presence in it—strength, calm, and spirit all at once. Bringing it into my home feels grounding and inspiring every day. It’s more than art; it’s an energy.”
"Stephanie painted my two street dogs, brother and sister, and captured something truly special. The artwork reflects not just their appearance, but their bond and spirit. Every time I see the painting, I feel their story, their resilience, and the love they share. It’s deeply meaningful to me."
